Managing Director
I am the Managing Director of Ready Law, where I work closely with Attorney Vernon Ready to oversee the firm’s operations, client experience, and strategic direction.
Before joining Ready Law, I spent more than 20 years as a strategic and operational leader at a Fortune 5 company. That experience shaped how I work — not only to be thoughtful and people‑centered, but also to stay highly organized, anticipate what’s coming next, and move things forward with purpose. I learned the value of thinking ahead and following through, especially in complex, high‑stakes environments where details matter, stories must be told clearly, and decisions have real consequences.
At Ready Law, my role is to help ensure that the firm runs smoothly and intentionally, so our clients and legal team are fully supported. I oversee day‑to‑day operations, internal systems, and marketing strategy, and I also provide consultation and support throughout each case and trial. Drawing on my background in communications and storytelling, I work alongside Vern to help shape each case’s journey, in a way that keeps the client’s experience and voice at the center. Vern and I are both actively involved with our clients throughout the process, making sure they feel understood, respected, and fought for from start to finish.
Clear communication, responsiveness, and advocacy are not add‑ons — they are essential to guiding people through what is often one of the most difficult periods of their lives. I am passionate about building a law firm where clients feel heard, informed, and cared for, and where thoughtful preparation allows us to achieve the best possible outcomes.
I was born and raised in Colorado and spent most of my life in Parker before earning a B.A. in English and business at Northwestern University. Vern and I love our home in Larkspur, and outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my stepdaughters, our pug Rafferty, and our two Maine Coon cats. I’m an avid reader (always happy to trade book recommendations), and I love traveling, watching birds and wildlife, taking walks and hikes, and cheering on the Colorado Avalanche. I have volunteered for amazing local charities like MaxFund Animal Adoption Center, Longhopes Donkey Shelter, and The Wild Animal Sanctuary.
My passion for running a client‑focused business is deeply personal. My father was one of my greatest inspirations — a CPA who built a successful practice in Colorado over decades through hard work, integrity, and genuine care for his clients. His example continues to guide how I think about service, trust, and responsibility, even after we lost him to pancreatic cancer.
I am grateful to live and work in Colorado. At Ready Law, my goal is to help build a firm that reflects the values I care most about: standing up for what is right, advocating for people facing powerful institutions, and treating every client’s case with the seriousness and respect it deserves.
